Fabulous office facilities ready to rent at Inyathelo

Well-resourced, centrally-located, affordable and attractive work spaces are in short supply in Cape Town. Inyathelo, however, is offering a new office space for rent, in addition to its popular hot desks and conference/training facilities.

Fabulous office facilities ready to rent at Inyathelo

Inyathelo’s office spaces and facilities are aimed mainly at non-profit organisations, so that tenants can network with like-minded people. For-profit companies are, however, also welcome to take up the offers.

The light-filled, beautifully decorated facilities are located in Woodstock’s bustling and creative Buchanan Square. Formerly a textile factory, Buchanan Square has been renovated according to strict heritage guidelines, retaining many of the striking features such as exposed brickwork and timber beams.

Situated on Sir Lowry Road, with convenient public transport, it offers easy access to and from the CBD and the N2. Existing clients at this prime example of urban revival include numerous creative industries, and there is a strong community vibe. The edgy, evolving surrounding area is a mix of long-established homes, factories, owner-enterprises and non-profit organisations, with new entrants comprising eateries, art galleries, advertising agencies and cool indie stores.

Thanks to a generous donation by The Atlantic Philanthropies, Inyathelo is the proud owner of its own premises in a section of Buchanan Square known as The Armoury. Inyathelo rents out part of its beautifully decorated space to bolster the organisation’s own long-term sustainability.

New office space

This light and airy, 102 m² space offers beautiful views of Table Mountain and is designed to inspire productivity and creativity. It comprises a large central area fully furnished with seven desks, plus a wall of modern shelving and storage cupboards. These lead into two separate, private offices.  It’s ready for you to move in immediately! You can also enjoy access to uncapped internet, a book lounge and meeting pods, including tea and coffee which is accessible in the central reception area. This communal area features the work of award-winning photographers, craft producers and designer- makers.  The office space rental is negotiable.
